Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
We offer exchanges and store credit only for items applicable!
All requests must be made within 7 days of you being tagged in a pickup post and messaged with pickup information or date of delivery.
You will only receive store credit for the price of an item. All items must be unworn, not washed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Items must be returned within the 7 day time.
* If you are requesting a return please be sure to notify me ASAP. Not all items are applicable and I do have a manner of which items must be returned. So please message or email me if you are requesting this. If I receive an item returned and you have not communicated with me - you do risk that the item is not eligible and you will then be responsible for shipping for the item to be returned to you.
* Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed before store credit is issued. All Items will be inspected prior to receive a store credit or an exchange.
* ALL CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE. This includes customized school spirit tees.
* Food items (mugs, tumblers, handlers, etc) are non refundable due to the nature of the items. This is for the safety of our customers.
* Swimsuits, Leggings, Accessories (this includes masks, hats, beanies and jewelry), Pre-Order items, Seasonal Items, Items purchased with Store Credit, Discount Codes and SALE items are non returnable. These are all FINAL SALE!
* If your item is a pre-order and it is a normal clothing item - I am happy to swap out your size for one that I do have if I am able to. However that request must still be made during the required time frame. ETA dates are always given in the description of each item. ETAs are an estimate. Delays do happen in this era unfortunately and I will always be happy to communicate any shipping delays that may arise. I do not issue refunds for these delays or items that may be lost or go missing. Store credit will be issued in these cases. Plus an additional $5 due to the mishaps. This rarely happens but there is a possibility. By pre-ordering you agree to this risk. 
* Shipping is non-refundable.
During high sale times there is the risk of an oversell. If this does happen I will always make it right. I will always issue you store credit plus an additional $5 due to the mishap. It doesn’t happen very often but there is that possibility.

DAMAGES:
Any items received must be reported within 2 days after you receive a shipped item. If you selected Lubbock pickup you have 7 days from the date that your order is ready for pickup to report a damaged item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package and pickup quickly.

If you receive a damaged item please email or message the picture to swanandsparrowboutique@gmail.com and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for store credit. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.

I suggest not opening polymailers via scissors due to risk of the item being damaged. If you do this I am not responsible.




STORE CREDIT:
Store credit MUST BE used within 30 days of being issued.



SHIPPING:
If you select shipping and your order contains a mix of pre-order and instock items, your order will not ship until your order is complete. If you wish to have your instock items sooner than this, please contact me to receive a shipping invoice.
Most items will ship/be ready for pick up within 2-3 business days of your order being placed or the item received if it’s a pre-order.
We ship all items via USPS or UPS and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once an item leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it.
It takes an average of 3-5 days for delivery via first class. Priority mail takes an average of 1-3 days for delivery. We have no control of the package once it is shipped. If you have yet to receive your package after 24 hrs of it being marked delivered, please consider filing a mail claim at USPS.com OR UPS.com, they will further assist you in finding your package. Mistakes happen by these carriers & things get lost but there is a way they can and will help.
I will only ship to the shipping address you indicate. So please be sure you check this.

$5.50 shipping on all orders up to $100
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100

LUBBOCK PICKUP:
Most items will ship/be ready for pick up within 2-3 business days of your order being placed or the item received if it’s a pre-order.

I do have a MONITORED pick up location in Lubbock. When your order is ready for pick up, you will be tagged in a pickup post. You will also receive an email stating that your item has been fulfilled. I ask that you do wait until I tag you to ensure that your item is on my porch. I will also message you my address and message you that you have a pickup as well. If we aren’t friends this may show up as a message request. Please do your best to pickup within 7 days of your orders being ready. I am not responsible for orders not picked up within 72 hours. After 365 days of your order not being picked up, your order will be donated. If you can’t pickup - shipping is also an option. However if your shipping invoice has not been paid within 365 days your order will be donated.
